An insurer removed a suit to Federal court seeking recovery of a $462 dental bill by an insured. Plaintiff, an attorney, recently won a $45 million settlement from the same insurer. The insurer, fearing a new class action suit, retained a high-powered law firm, and removed the case to Federal court.
