The briefing, which will also feature Waltons and Morse Partner Chris Dunn, will highlight the challenges insurers face in discovery battles in cyber security breaches and other types of lawsuits on both sides of the Atlantic. Strategies to handle e-discovery / e-disclosure disputes will be explored, and an explanation of some of the peculiar legal issues that arise from cyber security and data breach lawsuits will be discussed.
