Former publisher of “Eating Well” magazine, Missy Chase Lapine commenced a lawsuit against Jerry Seinfeld and his wife Jessica Seinfeld, accusing Mrs. Seinfeld of copying her children’s diet cookbook and Mr. Seinfeld of defaming her on Late Night With David Letterman and E! News.
