Partner Bob Cosgrove and associate Adam Gomez have written an essay entitled Somebody’s Watching Me: Defending Data Privacy Claims that was published in the April 2015 edition of Counterpoint, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute’s quarterly newsletter. The PDI is the Pennsylvania state affiliate of the Defense Research Institute. The article explores some of the common issues involved in data privacy breach claims litigation.
